Do we only Decon complete homes?
No, we will do what is called a bath or kitchen strip, and will remove as little as a single piece of cabinetry.
Is there a charge for this service?
Yes, generally speaking there is a $300 fee for an average kitchen or an average bathroom. These “Strips” have the same tax advantages as a complete Deconstruction.
How Long does Deconstruction take?
Generally, a full tear-down project will take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to complete, but a typical bath or kitchen strip can be done in just one day.
